We, as Fabre Elevator International Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), have prepared this Clarification Text in order to tell you which of your personal data we will process and for what purposes.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

Your personal data that may be subject to processing by us, if you share it with us or if necessary, consists of your minimum subsistence allowance form, copy of your identity card, personal data on your driver’s license, as well as your employment data, education data, visual and audio data, communication data, identity data, license plate of your vehicle.

WHAT METHODS AND FOR WHAT REASONS DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data that we request from you and/or employees of our Company and/or our customers in order to fulfill our legal obligations as a Company, to be clearly stipulated in the laws, to protect a right and for the legitimate interest of the Company;

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be processed by the Company for the following purposes and legal reasons:

Within the scope of fulfilling the requirements under the Turkish Commercial Code, Labor Law, customs legislation and other relevant legislation;

  • Preparation and recording of documents related to the stages of the transportation service provided,
  • Information retention, record keeping, reporting and disclosure as stipulated by legislation, relevant regulatory bodies and other authorities,
  • Fulfillment of the legal obligation within the scope of minimum subsistence allowance for the Company’s employees,
  • Ensuring that legal rights are defined to the Company employee due to pregnancy and/or childbirth,
  • Ensuring customs clearance and execution of the customs process,
  • Reporting of letters of guarantee,
  • Fulfillment of court orders,
  • Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of managing litigation and enforcement processes.

Within the scope of ensuring security within the company;

  • Ensuring security at the company headquarters and warehouses and controlling entry-exit authorizations,

Within the scope of the Company’s administration, conduct of business and implementation of Company policies;

  • In case of an emergency regarding a company employee, do not contact the person notified by this employee,
  • Keeping the signature circulars of authorized bank employees in order to prove the legal validity of the bank documents submitted to the Company,
  • Providing the necessary communication, informing and recording data in order to carry out and manage operations including but not limited to services such as transportation, product delivery, storage, customs clearance, etc. in an accurate, complete, timely manner,
  • In the event that the transportation service covers abroad, the Company’s transportation supplier or the Customer or one of the Customer’s transportation suppliers to ensure that the part of the service abroad is provided,
  • Managing, controlling, recording and recording the disputed situations that arise in the operation processes and providing the necessary information,
  • Managing the company switchboard,
  • Evaluation of existing software within the scope of the Company’s needs, software development and implementation,
  • Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of providing technical support to the Company’s employees.

Your personal data will be kept for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES IN TURKEY AND ABROAD

Your personal data;

Within the scope of fulfilling and / or fulfilling the requirements within the scope of customs legislation and related legislation and other laws and legislation;

  • In order to carry out and follow up customs, warehouse and port procedures, we can transfer to the customs broker of the Company’s customer, the Company’s supplier in charge of customs, the Company’s transportation supplier.

In the context of fulfilling our legal obligations;

  • We can transfer it to our lawyers, consultants and/or insurance companies in order to exercise our rights of defense, recourse, etc. and to manage and follow up litigation and enforcement processes.
  • Provided that it is in accordance with the law and procedure, we can transfer legal requests such as court orders or requests for evidence to the relevant public institutions and organizations within the framework of our obligation to fulfill them.

Within the scope of managing the company, conducting business, implementing company policies;

  • We may transfer such information to companies and/or suppliers and/or customers located abroad, with whom we work in partnership, for purposes related to the internal functioning and operations of the Company, such as providing the necessary communication, providing information and establishing an information network in order to ensure the correct, complete, timely and timely execution and management of operations including but not limited to services such as transportation, product delivery, storage, customs / warehouse / port operations.
  • We can transfer it to domestic banks for payment transactions.
  • We may transfer camera recordings to companies and/or suppliers and/or customers that we cooperate with in Turkey and/or abroad in order to resolve disputed situations.
